This is why you will work directly with Ryan and Darcy when you choose Element Pacific Homes. We’ll be in communication with you daily to address any questions or concerns you may have. All of our custom home building projects follow our time-tested and proven process so you can trust that you’ll be receiving the highest quality craftsmanship.

Budget: We'll work closely with you to create a realistic budget for your custom home project.
Design: Our designer will work with you to come up with a plan for bringing your vision to life.
Permits: We'll work with the City and engineers to acquire all the necessary permits.
Product Selection: Our in-house decorator will work closely with you to choose products that match your preference and budget: from flooring to cabinetry and everything in between.
Construction: We hand-pick trusted trades that will construct your custom home from the ground up.
Post-Construction: We will take you on a walkthrough tour to explain all the components of your new home and to make sure everything is up to your standards.
Final Inspection: We Once you're completely satisfied, we'll call for a final inspection from the City and give you the keys.
Occupancy: We’ll continue to be available for anything that comes up long after you’ve moved in.

Exceeding Your Expectations

At Element Pacific Homes, we know that your custom home building project doesn’t end when we give you the keys. If an issue arises after you’ve moved in, we’ll promptly come and fix it for you. All of our custom homes are covered by the 2-5-10 Pacific Home Warranty Program so you can rest assured that we’ll be there to support you long after your home is built.
