Every company has a project that marks the beginning of something. For Element Pacific Homes, this was it. The first home we ever built under our own name, it’s where we put everything we had learned as framers and tradespeople to the test, this time as the builders responsible for the whole picture.
Our team had spent years working on job sites, watching homes go up, and forming a clear view of where other builders were falling short. When the opportunity came to build our first home as Element Pacific Homes, the goal was straightforward: build something better. The Lacy Greene project was a spec home, which meant anticipating what buyers would value rather than working from a client brief. The team focused on finding the right quality-to-price point and including finishes and features that would feel genuinely appealing. The basement bar was one of those additions, a touch of character that went beyond the functional minimum and gave the home a sense of warmth and liveability.
Corner lots bring their own demands. With two sides of the home visible from the street, the exterior had to read well from multiple vantage points, not just the front. Getting that right took extra attention during the design and build process. Looking back, what made this project meaningful wasn’t just the finished product; it was proof of a concept. Two experienced tradespeople who had seen the industry from the ground up believed they could do it better. Lacy Greene showed that they were right.
We recently purchased a home from Element Pacific in Abbotsford, B.C. We saw this home before we sold our previous home and even though we looked at many different beautiful homes, none of them compared with this one. The location, unique layout and the many extras kept drawing us back to this place. Our experience was extremely positive. Darcy and Ryan were easy to do business with, they were very professional and gave top priority to customer satisfaction and service. We had an inspector check the house before purchase, Element Pacific made sure to remedy all items detailed in the report, prior to possession date. Upon possession, the property was in perfect, move-in condition. Any follow-up issues, while few, were dealt with as they arose. Even two months after moving in, Ryan and Darcy have kept in touch making sure that we were satisfied with everything. We definitely would recommend Element Pacific to anyone looking for quality and value in a new home. We love our new home!
Thanks Ryan and Darcy!
